NOTE: You are unable to meet Karli until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Karli in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.

What I need in my new home:
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard
• Further training with basic doggie manners
• To be allowed inside with my family and not left outside 24/7 with no interaction.
• A submissive dog is the best housemate for me. But, I LOVE LOVE LOVE people, so I'm just as happy being an only dog getting all your love and attention for myself
• I like friendly male dogs, I'm not a huge fan of adult female dogs, but am typically fine with female puppies.
• I have a high prey drive so I can't go to a home that already has cats, rabbits/guinea pigs or chickens/ducks as I will chase them
• Secure Fencing (6ft Colorbond or equivalent) is a MUST, I will jump anything shorter than 6ft!
• Lots of love and attention
• SOCIALISATION is as important as training. Taking me to lots of different places, meeting lots of people (children, men, woman etc) and meeting lots of dogs and other animals will ensure I grow into a social and well-adjusted dog.

My best features:
• Wiggle butt
• I can sit, shake hands
• I have had some basic obedience training and am a generally well-mannered dog
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• Exuberant & full of beans
* I am fully housetrained
* I LOVE toys

Where I need to improve / Training required:
• I love my food so using it as a positive reward should make my training easier.
• I can be a bit bouncy - training should stop this
• I can be strong on the lead - training and walking me in a halti or harness may stop this
