Tinsel like her siblings didn’t have an easy start to life. Before coming into rescue, she experienced neglect and mistreatment. Understandably, she can be wary of new people and situations, but behind that brave little face is a dog who’s learning that the world doesn’t have to be scary.

Once she knows you’re kind, her tail wags nonstop and her fun, cheeky personality shines through with her heart full of hope.
Tinsel is intelligent, and full of character with lots of love to give 💕
