About Bobby
🐾 Meet Bobby – The Sweetheart with Puppy-Dog Eyes!
This sweet boy is a real charmer – he knows exactly how to get what he wants (whether it’s cuddles, food, or a walk!) by sitting politely and gazing up at you with those irresistible puppy-dog eyes. Bobby’s gentle nature and loving personality make him the perfect companion for anyone looking for a loyal friend who adores affection.
Bobby the Moodle has a bit of a cat-like side! He loves to walk along the back of the sofa or rub himself against you as he passes – just to make sure he gets a few extra pats along the way.
🏡 My Ideal Home
Bobby would love a calm, stable home – perfect for families with older children, retirees, or adults looking for a devoted buddy. He’s currently working on his manners around infants and young children, so a home without little ones would be best (he prefers not to share the spotlight!).
While Bobby gets along well with his foster brother and other doggy pals, he truly shines as the only dog in the home – he loves being the center of attention! He’s also perfectly content being home alone for a few hours and will happily nap until you return.
⚡ My Energy Level
Bobby is the perfect blend of playful and relaxed. He loves his short morning walk – he’ll even look at you, then at his leash, and back again to drop a not-so-subtle hint! After that, he’s all about chill time: napping, playing with a toy, or curling up next to you for cuddles.
👧 My Suitability with Children
Bobby enjoys routine and predictability, so he’d do best in a home with older teens or adults. He’s still practicing his manners around babies and young kids and would prefer a quieter household where he can feel secure.
🐶 My Suitability with Other Pets
Bobby gets along well with other dogs and loves to join in when there’s a good game of chase – though he’s more of a spectator than a ball-fetcher himself! That said, he’d prefer to be your one and only dog so he can soak up all the love and attention.
He hasn’t been tested with cats, but given his enthusiasm for chasing birds, he may not be the best fit for a feline-friendly home.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
