If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who just wants to be part of the family, Sandy might be the one for you. This sweet girl adores people of all ages and is especially gentle with children. She’s happiest when she’s on the couch, soaking up cuddles and being close to her people.

Sandy is still learning to feel confident around other pets. With slow and positive introductions, she may enjoy the company of a calm doggy brother or sister one day. For now, she’s content being the centre of attention and your loyal shadow.

An active girl at heart, Sandy would love a home with a big, secure yard where she can stretch her legs and explore safely. She’s not one for toys just yet, she’d much rather spend her time snuggling than playing fetch and she’s wonderfully non-destructive.

Sandy is currently in foster care with a loving family who can tell you all about her personality and needs. If you’d like to meet her, simply send in an adoption application and we’ll arrange a meet and greet.
