About Makita
Meet Matika, the affectionate and loving canine companion who will melt your heart with her warmth and desire for snuggles. She has an unshakeable bond with her humans and cherishes every moment spent nestled by your side. Whether she's curled up on the couch or beside your feet, Matika thrives on the close connection she shares with her family members, valuing quiet time as much as play.
Matika is a social butterfly who delights in the company of children and exhibits an endearing protectiveness toward them. Her gentle nature ensures that she follows the kids around, observing them with care. While she may occasionally forget her size and inadvertently knock over very small children, her intentions are always pure, and she simply wants to be involved in the playful energy of a busy household.
Matika's love of food makes her an eager student when it comes to learning commands, already responding well to "sit" and "stay". She enjoys the company of other dogs and is generally submissive, fitting in nicely with a range of canine companions. However, she's not suited to homes with cats or livestock.
Whether inside or outside, in the bed or on her own comfy spot in the lounge, Matika is adaptable and content. As she ages, Matika would be the perfect addition to a family or a couple, with or without another dog. Matika longs for a warm-hearted home where her affectionate nature can shine, so if you're looking for a loyal companion who thrives on love, Matika is eagerly waiting to become an adored member of your household.
