About Moss
Hi there. I am Moss. And I have an update.
You would be very happy to know that I am now Miss Confident. With a capital C.
If you walk into another room, I am already there. I will follow you, weave between your legs, and make sure you know you are not alone. Ever. I am a full-time purr machine, and I vibrate constantly. Silence is not really my thing.
If you are hoping to sit alone on the couch, I am probably not the cat for you. I want to be right beside you. Or on you. Afternoon nap. I am in. I will lie between your legs, along your side, near your head, or right on your belly. Wherever I fit best.
I love head scratches. Mouth rubs too. Love them. I will show you how happy I am by pushing my tiny wet nose straight into your hands and reminding you not to stop. I am very talkative and very cheerful. Touch me, I meow. Scratch me, I meow. Feed me, definitely meow. I have opinions, and I like to share them.
I might look like a tortie with a bit of attitude, but underneath, I am a soft and gentle soul. I still do not enjoy being picked up, and I prefer all feet to stay on the ground. But if you sit quietly and let me come to you, I will absolutely lean in for affection and stay there.
I adore other cats and get along beautifully with them. I love having feline company and would happily share my home with a cat friend. Dogs do not really bother me either. I am curious but polite and like to take things at my own pace.
I am good with children as long as they understand my boundaries. New people might get a brief observational stare at first, but it does not take long before I come out to investigate and say hello.
Playtime is still important to me. I love chasing paper balls, climbing anything I am allowed to, and zooming until I suddenly flop down and rest. My litter manners are perfect, and I take that very seriously.
I am confident now. Affectionate. Chatty. Beautiful. And very settled into being exactly who I am.
Adopt me now before my foster mum does.
