About Zappo
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
This little man loves his playtime, loves his food and loves his mum. While not essential, it would be lovely if he two of them could be adopted together. Everyday they cuddle, groom, chase and play (think WWE) with each other. He isn't too fond of cuddles but is a big purrer and an even bigger meower!
He will be available from the 17th of October.
My Ideal Home:
A home with a tall cat tower to snooze in, with two solid meals a day and lots of toys and a person and cat to play with. With his kitten energy he would not suit being an only cat.
What is Known About My Background:
Zappo was found with his mother and sibling in a carrier on the side of the road near Tuggerah. They were taken to Pet Quarters, then Socares and then he and his mother were taken in by Hunter Animal Rescue where they have resided since the 27th of September.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
Absolutely adores playing with both his mum and people. He is untested around children, dogs and other cats but has shown to have an adaptable personality.

Adoption details
Applicants will be required to complete and submit an Adoption form from https://www.hunteranimalrescue.com.au
HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.
Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1- Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2- If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3- If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
