About Sophie
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
I love living with the new foster family. I call out for attention and food. I love to walk up to you for a scratch and a pat. I am affectionate and love purring. I love a chat to anyone who wants to listen about day to day things.
I like to find a nice high perch / shelf in the sunshine. I have a playful side still, where I will chase things and play games.
My Ideal Home:
My ideal home is safe and secure. I have had more adventure in my life than I ever thought I would have.
I would like an enriching environment, with nice shelves or beds to sleep on, scratch posts, a few quiet cozy hiding places.
I am not sure how much I will play. I have been too busy looking after the kittens to consider time for chasing fluffy, feathery, scrunchy toys. However it would be good to consider that I might like to play, chase, stalk things in the future and need mental stimulation. I have liked following my foster carer around, I am curious and inquisitive.
What is Known About My Background:
I was surrendered to the animal refuge / pound heavily pregnant. Prior to this I am unsure. However I believe I was cared for and loved. I am smoochy, I know how to use a litter tray, and I know how to ask for things I need by being chatty. My previous owner must have given me lots of pats and scratches because I seem to like them sooooo much. I am also super purrry.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
I am living with foster carers who have children aged 11 and 13. I am affectionate towards them, they feed me, give me pats and even just come to spend time with me for a chat and to watch what I am up too. I am curious about them.
I am not certain if I like dogs or cats. I can hear birds and chickens outside but I am definitely staying in. I am locked in, secure and safe.
