About Leo
Leo was recently awarded Employee of the Month for January 2026!
"Leo has been engaged as a People & Culture partner since November, known for his professional, confidential and respectful approach, especially tough conversations (we often notice him patiently sitting in feedback during 1:1s offering calm, slow blinking eye contact).
Leo knows the importance of self-care at work, always being sure to take a break when he needs it and reaching out for support (read: under chin scratches) when he's having a tough day."
Leo is a handsome boy who's looking for a calm, understanding home where he can feel safe and loved. He'll need plenty of cosy spaces to call his own - scratch posts, cat trees, cardboard boxes, or igloos - along with access to shelves or dressers so he can perch high or hide low as he pleases. Leo can be timid at first in a new environment, so a patient adopter who understands that he may take some time to settle in will help him blossom into his affectionate, bunty self. Once comfortable, Leo is a very happy boy who is incredibly affectionate, loves gentle pats, treat paste, and all the yummy snacks he can get! He loves the company of his human family but prefers to be the only cat in the home, as we know he hasn't enjoyed living with other felines previously. A household with teens or older children who can read his body language and respect his space would suit him best. With time, love, and a peaceful space to call his own, Leo will reward his person with trust, warmth, and plenty of purrs.
