About Belle
Belle is the kind of cat who melts into your life with quiet sweetness and soft affection. With familiar people, she’s wonderfully loving—always ready to tuck her head under your hand for chin and ear scratches, or gently bunt your leg to remind you she’s nearby. It doesn’t take long before she decides your lap is the perfect place for a cosy nap.
Belle’s personality is defined by her gentleness. She loves simple comforts: a soft chin rub, the occasional salmon treat, and—adorably—settling down on any paper she can find. One of her sweetest quirks is the way she gently presses her paws back when you touch her curled-up little feet.
With new people, Belle is polite and calm. She won’t rush forward, but she doesn’t hide either. Give her a little time to feel safe, and her affectionate nature comes through quickly. Before you know it, she’ll be nudging you for pats and choosing you as her next warm spot.
These days, Belle prefers the quiet indoor life, drifting from one warm nook to another. In the past, she enjoyed outdoor adventures and even visited neighbours—but now, a peaceful, predictable home is where she’ll truly thrive. She would be happiest with a calm household, ideally with an older guardian or someone looking for a serene, devoted companion. Belle also prefers to be the only pet so she can soak up all the love.

When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s guardian—the person who knows them best!
From here, the guardian will be in touch to learn more about you and chat with you about their pet. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
If your home and lifestyle match the pet's needs, the next step will be arranging a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is happy to proceed with a formal adoption.
Following the adoption, change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping, and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on the listing) will be provided.
All pets adopted through Home2Home will require an adoption contract to be signed and an adoption fee to be paid. The pet’s guardian will complete the adoption contract with you and provide a link to PetRescue’s secure payment portal for completing the adoption fee payment.
Home2Home currently operates a ‘pay what you choose’ system for cat adoption fees. This means that adopters will be able to choose an adoption fee amount that is suitable for them. All adoption fees are used to support PetRescue's life-saving programs, including Home2Home.
