About Hunter
Meet Hunter, a sweet but spirited young Border Collie bursting with energy and curiosity! This clever boy will thrive with an experienced owner who understands the needs of working breeds and can guide him as he grows. Hunter loves to play, chase, and explore, and would benefit from living with a calm, social adult dog who can be both a playmate and a role model. He's still learning the ropes with his lead and harness, so patience and consistency will be key.
Hunter hasn't been tested with cats or small animals and has a strong chase drive, so supervision is a must. Puppy classes and ongoing training will help him develop confidence and good manners-adopters should research local options. Hunter needs plenty of enrichment, puzzle feeders, and stimulating activities to keep his bright mind engaged. He'll shine in an active home that includes him in daily adventures-not one where he's left to his own devices.
