About Theodore
Hey there, I’m Theodore, one of the famous Chipmunk Litter boys! I might not sing like my namesake, but I definitely bring the same cheeky charm and loveable energy. I’m a Staffy x Shar Pei mix with a big heart, soft eyes, and an even softer spot for cuddles.
I get along really well with other dogs and love having a buddy to play with, though I’d also be perfectly happy as an only pet, as long as I have people around to give me love and attention. I haven’t met any cats or other animals yet, so I’m not sure what I’d think of them.
During the day, I spend my time outside, usually snoozing in the sun or playing with my favourite rope toy. At night, I sleep in my comfy crate outside, I like my little den! I’m only ever home alone for a couple of hours at a time, and I’m great at keeping myself entertained.
I’ve met kids before and think they’re pretty great! I’m still a bit jumpy around the little ones because I get so excited, but I adore older kids and will happily sit in their laps for cuddles. I also love meeting new people, the more friends, the better!
My favourite toys are anything that squeaks or can be tugged rope toys are the best. I’m learning my manners and already know how to sit and wait like a champ. I’m good on the lead too, I love walks and behave beautifully. I’m great with my toileting and I don’t show any naughty behaviour on walks or when I’m out of my yard.
I’m a bit of a mix when it comes to energy, I love to run and play, but I also know how to chill out and enjoy a good nap. I’m not fussy about fencing and don’t try to jump out; I’m happy wherever I’m loved. I’ve got no health or behavioural issues, I’m just a happy, healthy boy.
Vet visits? Love them! I get pats, treats, and attention, what’s not to like? I can be a bit vocal when I’m playing, but it’s all part of my fun personality.
Oh, and here’s my little quirk, I absolutely believe I’m a lap dog. It doesn’t matter how big I get; if there’s a lap available, I’m climbing into it!
I eat a mix of biscuits and chicken mince, and I’m ready to find my forever family.
One that will love my playful energy, cuddly nature, and goofy personality.

Please ensure all corresponding documentation, such as vet work for existing animals & lease agreements are provided with the completed application to avoid any delays
Applications are not approved on a first in, best dressed basis, rather we will assess on your suitability. Should we believe that the animal you have applied for may not suit your home or lifestyle, we will work with you until we find your perfect match.
Upon approval of your application, we will pass your contact details onto the carer and they will liaise with you to arrange a meet & handover. Prior to the handover, an adoption contract will be emailed to you along with copies of vet work & our bank details. The signed adoption agreement & payment of the adoption fee is required prior to the animal leaving with you. We offer a two-week trial period, and the full adoption fee, minus an administration fee will be refundable if the adoption is cancelled within those two weeks.
