UPDATE***
Since he has been in our care Curtis has demonstrated that he has a willing to listen and enjoys leadership and firm rules and boundaries. He has settled into a lovely boy and we just need to find the certain place where he will be understood.
Curtis is a young blue American Staffy with a bold personality and a whole lot of muscle behind him. He is a strong boy, and would benefit from an experienced owner who can provide firm structure, clear boundaries, and positive, consistent training.
Life hasn’t been very stable for Curtis—he’s been passed around by well-meaning people who weren’t equipped to manage a dog of ilk. As a result, he’s never truly had the chance to learn the basics or settle into a routine.
Due to his background - Curtis would benefit from being in a home where his new owner can commit to training, guidance, and helping him mature into a well-mannered companion.
In the right environment—with patience, leadership, and a predictable routine—Curtis has shown his huge potential to thrive. He just needs the right person to finally give him the fair chance he’s never had.
