About Samantha STA014309
Meet Samantha, an absolute sweetheart ready to charm her way into your heart. While she might be a bit skittish initially, give her a short amount of time to settle into her new home and get to know her human companions. It won't be long before she's showing off her vibrant personality and playful antics.
Samantha loves to climb, so a home with lots of vertical space and high perches would be ideal. Her foster family affectionately dubbed her a "Bull in a China Shop" – once she's on a mission, there's no stopping her focus. Whether it's chasing a toy or exploring every nook and cranny, Samantha's inquisitive nature ensures she's always the center of attention.
Cuddle sessions are Samantha’s forte, and she’d love a home where her humans are around more often than not, so she has ample opportunities for affection and companionship. She enjoys interactive playtime and has been known to indulge in a little "rubbish bin diving" when something inside catches her fancy; it's simply Samantha's curiosity at work!
Samantha enjoys the company of fellow felines and would appreciate a companionship that complements her own social nature.

Adoption details
Simply note the ID number and the cats name and visit our hostel at 200 Elder Street in Greensborough. Alternatively you can call the hostel on 8457 6500. We are currently open Mon-Fri 10am-4pm / Sat-Sun 10am-3pm.
You should bring proof of your current address and preferably photo identification such as your driving license. You can only adopt a cat for yourself we do not allow animals to leave with third parties. If you are wishing to adopt a cat as a present for someone, bring them with you as cats are individuals and bond with different people in different ways, the cat you may choose, may not choose your friend! It is also important to allocate time for adoption and we recommend you allow at least a couple of hours to get to know the cat and do the necessary paperwork.
When you visit you will get to meet the cat and as this is a very important decision for both you and the cat you choose we will want to ensure the two of you are compatible and that you understand what will be involved in taking the cat into your home.
We will want to be satisfied that you are prepared to be a responsible pet owner. Responsible pet owners at the most basic level, have their pets registered, micro-chipped and de-sexed unless they are registered breeders. They also understand the issues involved in being able to properly care and take responsibility for the welfare of their pets. Most Councils in Victoria have limits on the numbers of cats you may own without a permit. It is important to check with your Council if you already own the limit and obtain a permit for the extra cat before adoption. We will require to see your permit.
We will answer any questions you have regarding cat care and help you to obtain any support you may need.
