About Tuna
Tuna is a stunning girl with a soft spirit and a sweet, loving heart. She can be a little shy at first, especially with new people or in unfamiliar places, but with time, patience, and gentle care, her wonderful personality shines through.
This lovely lady truly blossoms when she feels safe and understood. With calm interactions, tasty treats, and a bit of playtime, Tuna will soon show off her adorable, affectionate side. Once she trusts you, she's the kind of cat who forms a deep, special bond with her person.
Tuna would do best in a quiet, adult home with a predictable routine - no other cats, please, as she prefers to have all the love and attention to herself. Providing her with enrichment and play opportunities will help her feel secure and happy as she settles in.
If you have the patience to let Tuna open up at her own pace, she'll reward you with a lifetime of love, loyalty, and gentle companionship. 🐾
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
