Reggie

Reggie is a handsome young cat with a big personality and an independent streak. He enjoys affection on his own terms and is happiest when given the space to build trust at his own pace. While he may not be a lap cat, Reggie has plenty of love to give once he feels comfortable and secure in his surroundings.

Reggie prefers not to be picked up or overhandled, so he’s looking for an experienced, patient adopter who understands feline body language and is happy to let him take the lead when it comes to interaction. He can become a little hyper aroused at times, so a calm, adult-only home will suit him best. Although Reggie hasn’t lived with other cats that we know of, he may be able to live with another calm, well-matched cat following slow and careful introductions.

With time, understanding, and gentle encouragement, Reggie will make a wonderful companion for someone who appreciates an independent cat with character.
