Sunshine

Aptly named, Sunshine is a mellow young lady with a bright, happy nature!

Sunshine came from a life on the streets, undesexed she had many litters of kittens before her and her last litter came into care. Now that her babies are all grown up and she's finally desexed, Sunshine is ready for her much deserved forever home where she can be doted on and loved for the rest of her life! She adores a chat, bonding with her humans by meowing in reply when you talk to her. Her foster carer swears she understands everything you’re saying!

Sunshine also loves pats, head scratches and long, leisurely brushing sessions, and she isn't bothered by loud sounds or sudden movements. She enjoys cuddling up on a bed or near your feet during the day, and brushing lovingly against your legs in the evenings :)

Like all Maggie's pets, Sunshine is microchipped, desexed and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: My calm and friendly demeanour makes me ideal for a home where I can snooze peacefully during the day, and accept pats and head scratches whenever they're on offer! Adults and older kids (aged at least 5) will be my best match. I’m an independent lady, so don’t worry about keeping me entertained - but when you’re home, I do like being close by.

MY ENERGY LEVEL: I’m a relaxed sort of girl. No bouncing off walls or chasing wands for me - I prefer to sit back and observing the action rather than get in the thick of it. Sometimes in the evenings I'll take a little stroll around the house :)

MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Because I like to interact with humans on my own terms, I think kids of at least school age (5+) and preferably a bit older would suit me best.

MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: Best as the only animal for now although she would be ok to welcome another cat or kitten in the future once settled into her forever home.
