About Esther
🐾 Meet Esther 🐾
Esther is a beautiful 6-month-old Staffy cross with a bright personality and plenty of love to give.
She's a sweet, affectionate young girl who adores people and enjoys the company of other dogs.
With her happy, playful nature and her love of adventure, Esther would be best suited to an active home where she can be part of daily family life.
As a young pup, Esther is still learning about the world and will benefit from continued guidance and basic training.
She's a clever girl who responds well to positive reinforcement and will thrive with consistent routines and plenty of encouragement.
Esther would love a family who can provide her with the time, patience, and commitment she needs to grow into a well-mannered adult dog.
In return, Esther promises endless affection, loyalty, and laughter.
She's ready to find a loving forever home where she can continue to learn, play, and enjoy life to the fullest.
If you're looking for a joyful, social companion who will make every day brighter, Esther could be the perfect addition to your family. 💕
To book a meet and greet with Esther please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au.
Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
