Meet Misty - your sweet and loyal shadow!

Misty is an incredibly sweet, gentle, and affectionate cat looking for a patient and calm family to call her own. She adores people and thrives on close companionship. Once she's comfortable in the environment, she'll quickly become your little shadow!

Misty's favorite things are pats, chin scratches, being brushed, and just simply being close to you. She also loves to snuggle on the couche with you and being fed treats and snacks. When you give her a good pet, she’ll often flop onto her side, roll onto her back with her paws in the air - a true sign of a happy, relaxed kitty! If she hasn't seen you in a bit, she’ll come meowing to look for you (so sweet)!

As Misty is a little shy and skittish, she dislikes having too many strangers come and go, she also doesn't like sudden and loud noises, so she needs a calm home where she can feel safe.

An ideal home for Misty would be with a family (with calm or older children who are gentle), couple or single person who would spend more time at home than out to keep Misty company. Her new owner(s) will need to have a patience to let her come out of her shell in her own time and provide a calm and quiet home where she can thrive and feel safe. Misty will need to be the only animal at home.

Misty is currently with a temp carer in Bentleigh East. After 8 Nov, she'll be going back to her original foster carer in Healesville.
