About Ollie
🐾 Meet Ollie - Your New Best Adventure Buddy! 🐾
Ollie is a 1-year-old Kelpie mix with a heart as big as his smile! This happy, affectionate boy absolutely adores people and is always ready to join in on the fun - whether it's a walk, a run, or just hanging out by your side.
True to his Kelpie roots, Ollie is smart, energetic, and loves to stay active. He'd be thrilled to find a home where he can stretch his legs, play, and be part of the action. Most of all, he just wants to be with his people - he's happiest when he's part of the family.
If you're looking for a loyal, joyful companion who will fill your days with love and tail wags, Ollie is ready to be your best friend for life! 💙🐕
To book a meet and greet with Ollie please phone 5441-2209 or email barcreception@bendigo.vic.gov.au .
Due to the high volume of emails received, enquiries with a request for a specific appointment with phone details included will receive a response as priority over generic applications which state they are interested in meeting an animal.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
