Hi, I’m Koda — a handsome 8-year-old black and tan Kelpie X with a heart as big as my smile. I’m a loving, affectionate boy who’s happiest when I’m close to my humans. I adore cuddles, belly rubs, and being part of whatever you’re doing — I’m really just a big smooch who loves to be loved!

I’m past the crazy puppy and teenage stages and am ready to spend time with my family. Hanging out, reading the paper, going for a lovely long walk and having some play time then a peaceful snooze. That’s my idea of a perfect day.

Here with my carers, I’ve settled in beautifully with the other dogs — both the older ones and even the cheeky puppy who thinks I’m his personal playground! I’m gentle, patient, and easygoing, and I fit into the pack’s routine like I’ve always been part of it.

I bond easily with people and love to follow my carers around, always ready to please and offer companionship. I would thrive in a home where I can be the centre of someone’s world — whether as an only dog or with calm, friendly canine company.

I’m crate trained, though I don’t really need it — I’m perfectly behaved indoors. I sleep soundly through the night and wait patiently for morning cuddles.
