Hi, I’m Evelyn– a soft, sweet soul with a curious heart and so much love to give. I’m a young mixed-breed girl who’s still getting to know the world, and while some things can feel a little big or overwhelming to me right now, I take it all in gently, at my own pace.

I’m the kind of dog who thrives in calm, predictable environments where I can build trust and confidence slowly. I’m not bold or boisterous — more of a quiet companion who finds comfort in cozy corners, soft voices, and the company of people (and dogs) I feel safe with.

I’ve lived with other dogs before - we’re often found snoozing side by side. I haven't met many new dogs just yet, so any introductions should be thoughtful and relaxed to make sure everyone feels comfortable. Because the outside world can sometimes feel a bit much for me, I’ll need a secure backyard where I can explore and relax at my own pace. I might not be ready for walks right away, but with time, patience, and reassurance, I’ll be able to enjoy more of life beyond the fence when I’m ready. I haven’t spent time around children, but I seem like I’d do just fine. As with any introductions, it’s best for kids to meet me first to make sure we’re a good match. Though I’m young, I have an old soul — quiet, thoughtful, and full of gentle affection.
