About Cedar
Hey there potential new pawents, my name is Cedar and I’m a highly energetic Kelpie x Koolie pup! I am a typical young working breed pup, full of energy, playful and super smart.
I am looking for a home on acreage where I can run and play and burn off some of my bountiful energy! I am a confident pup, showing an interest in stock although I haven’t been tested on them. I come from working parents so have a lot of energy to burn. I could make a great asset to a farm or hobby farm as a companion to go anywhere and everywhere with my human. I love running around the farm and playing with my siblings, I’m showing I’m a quick learner with basic training and I love a good pat and smooch with my humans.
I will need a home that is experienced with my breed and understand my need for mental stimulation as well as physical exercise.
I have been exposed to all sorts of animals from chickens, goats, cats, sheep, cattle and pigs etc and am a good boy around them all although I do like to bark at them at times! I also currently live with a five year old little boy and am great with little people….they are so much fun! I am a pup though and am still in the learning phase of not jumping on little people so would prefer a home with confident children.
I will need an active home that is also committed to my ongoing training to keep my clever brain engaged, so if this sounds like you please apply today!
Can’t wait to meet you!
Lots of licks

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
