Budget is a sweet and affectionate boy who’s sure to win your heart once he settles in. He may take a few days to come out of his shell, but with a little patience and gentle encouragement, his loving personality soon shines through. Budget adores treats and will quickly warm up when offered his favorite snacks. Once he feels comfortable, he becomes a cuddly companion who purrs constantly to show his happiness. He’s perfectly content being picked up and held, soaking up affection and attention.
