About Chelsea
Chelsea is a gentle soul who has truly flourished in foster care, growing in confidence and learning to enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Living with another dog has brought out her playful side, and she’s discovered a love for river adventures, where she can splash, explore, and take in the world at her own pace.
She’s beautifully social with other dogs and would be very happy in a home with a friendly canine companion to help her continue building trust and confidence. With slow and mindful introductions, Chelsea has also shown she can live alongside cats, making her a lovely fit for a multi-pet household.
While Chelsea can be timid at times, she has a heart full of love to give to those who understand her. She would thrive in a home with dog-savvy children who are respectful of her boundaries and can offer her the calm, patient companionship she needs to feel safe and secure.
Chelsea is a sweet, sensitive girl who may take a little time to settle into a new home. She thrives with patient owners who can be around regularly while she adjusts to her new surroundings. With gentle guidance and consistency, Chelsea’s loving personality truly shines, and she’ll reward your patience with a lifelong bond.
Once she feels comfortable, Chelsea is incredibly affectionate. She’s ready to find a forever home where she can continue to blossom, surrounded by people and pets who make her feel loved and understood.
