Pumba

Meet Pumba, a gentle, golden-hearted Labrador X who has perfected the art of taking life at a slower pace. After spending his years on a farm, Pumba has recently discovered the joys of indoor living — soft beds, cosy corners, and plenty of love.

This sweet boy is toilet trained, knows how to sit, and is currently working on his stay/wait commands. He’s happy to relax at home while his people are out, content to snooze the day away until it’s time for his favourite things: daily walks, car rides to new places, mealtimes, splashing in water, and soaking up as many pats as possible.

Pumba has a big soft spot for life’s simple pleasures — he even enjoys the dog bath at the local car wash and greeting all the lovely staff at the vet.

He’s currently living with another dog but would likely prefer to be the only dog in his new home so he can enjoy all the attention he deserves. That said, he could happily share his space with another calm senior companion who appreciates quiet naps and gentle company.

Change can make Pumba a little unsure at first, but with patience, kindness, and understanding, his true personality shines — affectionate, loyal, and full of love. Whoever welcomes him home will find a devoted best friend for life.
