About Freya nee Mizuki
Hi there, I'm Freya! A stunning young German Shepherd, with my soft tan and black coat and big, expressive eyes, I carry all the charm of a young adventurer just beginning to discover the big wide world!
At this tender age, every new sound, sight, and scent sparks my curiosity, though I sometimes pause to make sure things feel safe. What I need most is a gentle guide who has experience with my breed and will show me that the world is a place filled with kindness, treats and plenty of fun. I have yet to meet another dog and could do well with a patient and friendly canine companion. Having a calm, confident dog around would give me a role model to learn from, helping me navigate the world with even more ease.
I would do well in a household with older children, who can respect my space and also join in on fun training sessions. My gentle nature and willingness to learn would make me a wonderful addition to a family who's ready to work with me in a positive, patient way. I'm a smart little lady and would love to slowly build on my skills through little training sessions and gentle socialisation activities to help build my confidence and our bond. Whether I'm being your shadow in the backyard, practicing cues, or curling up indoors for a cozy nap, I'm happiest when I feel supported and connected to my family. It would be great if someone from my new family were home more often initially, to help me feel safe and secure as I learn the comforts of a loving home.
Requirements: Must meet all family Children over 12 years Must meet all dogs Someone home more often Indoor/Outdoor access Solid fencing Breed Experience (requires ongoing positive reinforcement training)
I'm a little ball of energy with a big heart and even bigger dreams of finding the perfect home. Are you my new best friend?
Love, Freya
