Meet Mars, a delightful young boy who's sweet and loving. Weighing in at a small 19kg, Mars has a soft and gentle nature that makes him a wonderful addition to any home. With an affectionate personality, he will melt your heart as he snuggles right in for a cuddle—all he desires is to be near his human.

We were told Mars was a mixed breed but when he went for his vet visit they felt he was a labrador x. But who cares really, he's just a gorgeous, smart, responsive pup
eagerly learning basic commands and showing awesome manners particularly at meal time.

He's crate trained and just about toilet trained, enjoying a restful night inside on his comfy bed. While Mars has a medium energy level and doesn’t mind a good play session with his foster sisters, he's generally chilled and laid back around the house. His love for food motivates him to learn, and he already waits patiently for the command before he eats.

Mars is on a journey of discovering the great outdoors. Over time, he's become more confident on his leash and progresses daily with longer walks. Mars would flourish in a home where his new family gradually introduces him to the variety of sights and sounds that nature has to offer. His ideal home would be a calm and quiet household with adults and children aged 12 and older, though dog-savvy kids as young as 8 might also be a great match.

A family that likes spending a lot of time at home, perhaps with a buddy for Mars to romp with, would make him happiest.
