About Ginny
Meet Ginny
Ginny is an 8 week old Maltese Shihtzu. Just as cute as a button! Ginny has made her way to Waggy Tails with her brothers and sisters as part of our Last litter program. Ginny and her siblings have made their way from out in the country and is thriving here at Waggy Tails.
The Maltese Shih Tzu, or Malshi, is a small, affectionate, and intelligent designer dog known for being a charming companion. This hybrid breed was developed to combine the elegance of the Maltese with the sturdy, sociability of the Shih Tzu.
Affectionate and loyal: They love being with their owners and are happy to be lap dogs.
Intelligent and charming: They are quick learners, though their intelligence can be combined with a stubborn streak.
Ginny is microchipped, Vaccinated and wormed and fed a high quality diet.
Ginny is ready to find her forever family now so please only apply if you are ready to welcome Ginny into your home now.

No known pre-existing conditions.
Ginny will be desexed at 6 months of age under the direction of our Vet. Ginny must return to Rosewood Vets for this procedure as this is a non negotiable condition of adoption. All bookings of the procedure are managed by Waggy Tails and the cost of the desex is included in the adoption fee.

What does this mean?
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry
2. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal will then take place. You must bring advise Waggy Tails if you are bringing your current dog along to the meet and greet if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption.
3. You will need to provide details of your dogs full vaccination status prior to bringing to the Sanctuary.
4. Waggy Tails does not offer trial period for puppies under the age of 6 months who are adopted out. Please ensure you are ready to adopt now. Waggy Tails will do their best to ensure you and your new dog are a good match.
3. Mircrochip transfer takes place after 7 days. Please note this may take up to 4 weeks dependent on microchip paperwork. If for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to Waggy Tails the Adoption fee may be refunded minus an admin fee (Minimum $500).
5. All animals for adoption are kept up to date with vet work UNTIL date of adoption. Inclusive of vaccinations, monthly worming and flea treatment. New owners are responsible for keeping preventatives current at their cost from date of adoption.
