About Bear - 11 Month Old Maltese X
Bear is happiest little explorer you’ll ever meet. Bear is an 11-month-old male Maltese cross (likely cross with a Poodle making him a Moodle). Bear is desexed, vaccinated, wormed and ready to find his forever home. He’s housetrained, sleeps indoors in a crate, and has basic obedience down pat.
Bear lives every moment like it’s the best day ever and he’ll make sure you do too. He’ll follow you from room to room, paw at you for pats, and show off his gymnastic skills - walking on his hind legs, jumping twice the height you think a 5kg by could and accidentally doing flips. He’s got a cheeky streak too, sneaking toys past his resident dog friend to lure them into play, then locking eyes with you to check in with you mid-tug-o-war to make sure you’re proud of him. He’s confident, curious, and resilient: if something scares him, he’ll try again with tail wagging. Whether he’s chilling on a pool float or charming strangers on a walk, Bear’s mission is simply to spread happiness.
Bear’s ideal home is one where someone’s around more often than not, or where there’s a resident dog to keep him company and share in the fun. He’s great with kids, adaptable to new environments, and eager to please. Just give him a little guidance and he’ll give you his whole heart. His new home must allow him indoors at all times and have a secure yard.
If you’re looking for a companion who’ll make you smile every single day, Bear’s your boy.
Bear is in foster care in East Maitland, NSW. His adoption fee is $1100, and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas, ticks and worms, and microchipped.
