About Misty 🌺 5yo, Shih Tzu (On Trial 2/11/25)
Misty is an adorable, 5-year-old Shih Tzu who is an affectionate, gentle and easy-going young girl. She’s a chunky monkey who will make you laugh and bring you joy.
💝 Misty’s favourite things:
• Going for daily walks
• Playing with toys
• Following you around the house
• Sitting on your lap
• Lying in the sun
• Food and treats
• Trips in the car
🏆 More about Misty:
• Great with other dogs.
• Good with children who are gentle.
• Fully housetrained and uses a doggie door.
• Sleeps soundly through the night.
• She is not a nuisance barker.
✂ Misty has a soft coat that doesn’t shed — ideal for people with allergies. She just needs brushing every few days, bathing every few weeks and professional clipping every 4 to 8 weeks.
Misty was a very well loved pet of an elderly couple. Sadly, they had to go into aged care and couldn’t keep her. They couldn’t walk her very much so Misty is now rather chunky at 10kgs. She has been losing weight in foster care and needs to lose another couple more kilos. Daily walks and less food will do the trick.
🐶 Misty is an delightful young girl. She is looking for a family has time to walk her, play with her, and most of all, snuggle with her. She’ll fill your home with happiness and love.
👉 Misty is in foster care in Eleebana, NSW (Lake Macquarie). She is available for adoption to NSW and ACT. Her adoption fee is $800 and she is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, microchipped and lifetime registered.
