Meet Fern - A Gentle Soul Ready to Bloom
Fern is a sweet, sensitive girl who's slowly learning to trust and show her affectionate side. Rescued from a hoarding situation, she's missed out on early socialization, but with time and patience, she's become chirpy and smoochy, especially when getting gentle neck scratches. Fern thrives in calm, structured environments and needs to start in a small launch room before exploring larger spaces. Her ideal home includes plenty of safe spots-cat trees, boxes, shelves-and a patient adopter who understands she may take time to settle. She's cat-social and may enjoy a respectful feline friend, and could tolerate a calm dog with proper introductions. Fern would do best with adults or children over 8 who can read her body language and give her space. Food-motivated and independent, Fern is ready to blossom in a loving home that lets her go at her own pace.
