About Pearl
This sweet little bundle of joy is PEARL, one of two girls and two boys in the "Finding Nemo" litter, born on 9 September 2025.
Pearl's Mum is an Australian Terrier, but we know nothing about her Dad, except that he is definitely not a large dog. Pearl weighs only 1.1 kgs and is destined to be petite in stature.
The Australian Terrier is an interesting breed. The smallest of the working terriers, they were the first domestic and native breed to be recognised in Australia. Fearless little hunters, they have become beloved companions, known for their loyalty and intelligence, but if circumstances require, they will be spunky and spirited, too.
Pearl captures everyone's heart with her lively, loving and inquisitive nature. Although she's small, her personality is Aussie Terrier big.
She'll need plenty of playtime and mental stimulation to satisfy her high energy and intelligence. A well-fenced yard is essential as she will love to run and explore her territory.
Sensitive to her environment and protective of her family, she will sound the bark alarm when her watchdog instincts kick in.
With her low-shedding coat, she will require minimal grooming.
When the day is over and it's time for bed, this active little dog will curl up on your lap (or bed) and snooze the night away.
Adopt Pearl and you will be gaining a loyal, loving and spirited friend who will devote her life to you.
Pearl will be available from 4 November. Her adoption fee covers the cost of desexing when age appropriate, subject to terms and conditions. She is microchipped and vaccinated.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
21 October - Pearl was vet-checked, microchipped and C3 vaccinated. Her next vaccination is due on 21 November.
