Johnny

Meet our special ginger boy Johnny. Once a family pet, he found himself abandoned and left to fend for himself in a local colony after his owners discarded him. Despite what he's been through, Johnny has remained a sweet and gentle soul - never showing an ounce of aggression, even when he's scared or unsure.

Johnny is still learning that people can be kind again. He's the type of boy who watches the world carefully from a safe spot, taking in everything before he's ready to join in. What he needs most is a calm, patient home where he can take things at his own pace.

Bringing a former colony cat into a home can be an incredibly rewarding experience. It may take time, but the moment Johnny starts to trust, when he begins to greet you with slow blinks, lean into your touch, or relax beside you - will melt your heart. Watching a cat like him gain confidence and realise he's finally safe is one of the most special parts of rescue.

Johnny would do best in a peaceful home with someone who understands that love isn't rushed. With patience and care, he'll blossom into a loyal, affectionate companion ... a true testament to how far kindness can go.
