Mack

Hi my name is Mack and I’m a 6 yr old (7 in Nov) Fawn Pug.
I have been living with my previous elderly mum since I was a pup but due to circumstances not under my control I have been taken in by TOTF I have been in care for a couple of weeks with a few of my foster fur brothers, and doing well.
I have only been desexed on the 21st Oct, and recovering well.
I’m looking for Puggy- minded people that understand all the things that need to be mindful of owning a pug.
Firstly they have lots of folds on face that need to be wiped usually with a water wipe. A very healthy diet. Usually fish based due to skin allergies. A raw diet can be a great alternative. Mack has been on a raw diet in foster care and seems to be enjoying it. Not noticing any skin scratching as previously been told.
Definitely need to have air con in the summer months, due to their short snouts.
Mack is a sweet loveable boy that loves to sleep on the bed with you. He is very respectful of your space most of the time.
He has always been an only dog but would be ok with another dog.
We haven’t checked him with children or cats.
