About Dotti
Meet Dotti, the gorgeous 1 year and 4 month old Cocker Spaniel who believes the world revolves around her and honestly, she might be right.
With her stunning soft coat, soulful eyes, and endlessly wagging tail, Dotti is a bundle of joy, mischief, and affection all rolled into one velvety-eared package.
Her greatest ambition in life is simple: to be loved, adored, and doted on like the little queen she knows she is.
Dotting came into care as a private surrender
Dotti is mostly toilet trained and takes herself outside like a proper lady, though she may need a bit of patience and gentle redirection as she settles into a new home.
She hasn’t quite mastered the doggy door yet, but being the bright spark she is, she’ll have no trouble figuring it out if needed.
She’s learning to use a crate and doesn’t mind resting there for short periods, especially if treats are involved, but she much prefers to be close to her humans, after all, being apart from her adoring fans just isn’t her style.
Dotti the little sweetheart has an energy that perfectly balances playfulness and cuddly calm. She loves exploring, playing, and learning new things, but she’s just as happy curling up beside you for snuggles.
When her humans leave the house, Dotti might let out a few protest cries, not because she’s naughty, but because she just loves you that much. When you return, prepare for a greeting filled with wiggles, bounces, and pure, unfiltered joy.
Dotti has been living with children of ages 4 - 10 years old, and she adores joining in on their games, matching their energy stride for stride.
Dotti's affectionate and playful, though her enthusiasm means she’s best suited to confident children who understand how to play gently with dogs. With other dogs, Dotti is social and playful and loves to play with others.
She has been with cavalier king Charles’s as well as little Mini foxies and loves to play – she loves to wrestle and play chase and simply be a pup still.
Dotti’s love for other dogs also includes if they are getting more attention, she is happy to wedge herself into the mix and remind you that she also wants some attention.
Dotti is not cat tested.
When it comes to daily life, Dotti is happiest wherever you are. She currently sleeps in with her humans and happily would share a bed with you or a dog bed on the floor next to your bed. But if you asked her, her favorite place tucked up by your side, or even better, in your arms.
She’s the definition of a Velcro-dog dog, never far from your feet whether you’re cooking, working, or relaxing.
Walks are one of Dotti's favorite activities, and just the sight of her lead sends her into joyful wiggles of excitement. She’s always ready for adventure, though her eagerness can make her a bit of a puller on the lead, but that’s just her enthusiasm shining through.
Dotti loves to chase toys, fetch balls, and show off her playful personality. Dotti is smart as a whip and learns quickly with consistency and praise.
Food is her greatest motivator, so treats are your secret weapon when teaching her new tricks.
Dotti already knows how to sit, wait for her meals, and is learning to shake paws and lay down. She’s full of potential, and her clever little mind loves to be challenged.
Then there’s Dotti's stunning coat, glossy, soft, and "oh so touchable". Dotti’s a natural beauty who looks like she just stepped off a doggy magazine cover. Regular baths keep her silky and fresh, and her floppy ears, while adorable, do require a little extra cleaning since they like to dip into her food and water bowls.
Of course, No diva is without her quirks.
Dotti is also quite the opportunist, leave the dishwasher open and she’ll gladly “help” clean the plates, or turn your overfilled bin into a snack buffet.
Dotti has even been known to sample the occasional crayon, resulting in backyard surprises of the most colorful kind
Life with Dotti is never dull; she’s cheeky, curious, and full of love.
Dotti is the perfect companion for someone who enjoys a lively, affectionate dog with a big personality. She will make you laugh, fill your home with love, and remind you every single day that you are her favorite human in the entire world, well, unless someone else happens to have a treat.
Dotti is looking for her perfect forever home, is this you?

Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email.
