About Jamal
Jamal is an incredibly smart and loving dog who thrives in a home with structure, guidance, and plenty of enrichment.
He's eager to learn and has already mastered crate training, loose lead walking, and all his basic commands! With a dedicated owner who enjoys training and interactive play, Jamal will flourish as a well-mannered and devoted companion.
During his time in foster care, Jamal showed just how wonderful he can be in a home environment-he was immediately toilet trained, loved lounging on the couch for naps and cuddles, and enjoyed relaxing strolls around the neighbourhood. He's also very affectionate and forms deep connections with his people, making him an incredibly loyal companion. Jamal is a social butterfly who loves playing with other dogs. He's looking for a home with a confident (preferably female) dog sibling-someone who can match his energy, set boundaries when needed, and offer the comfort and companionship he craves.
He could also thrive as an only dog in a home where his person works from home and is committed to continuing his crate training. Because he can get easily excited and sometimes jumps up, Jamal is best suited to an adult-only home.
He responds beautifully to training, and a home committed to providing him with routine and consistency will help him continue to thrive. With the right environment, Jamal has all the potential to be an amazing best friend-loyal, loving, and always ready for a cuddle or an adventure. Could you be the one to give him the forever home he deserves?
