About Tess
Meet Tess, a beautiful, gentle soul looking for a patient and loving home. Tess may come across as shy at first, but with time and warmth, she'll reward you with her trust and affection. This lovely girl isn't demanding or picky when it comes to food and reliably finishes every meal with gusto.
Tess isn't one for engaging with other dogs much, but she enjoys the camaraderie of a pack, dutifully following along on group walks and contently sitting alongside her fellow canines. Her ideal home would be one with another dog who can act as a comforting presence, guiding her as she finds her place in the world.
Traveling with Tess is a breeze as she is car-friendly, and her willingness to take her medication highlights her compliant and good-natured character. Tess is currently on tacrolimus for dry eye, and handling her meds won't be a challenge. She also requires regular grooming to stay comfortable and healthy.
Though Tess had a challenging start in life, her potential to flourish in a serene and gentle home without children is immense. She's a quiet beauty who needs someone reliable and understanding to help guide her out of her shell and allow her to bloom at her own pace. Tess offers an opportunity to witness the transformative power of love as she gradually reveals her beautiful personality.
Weight 5.3kg
Medical notes
Tess recently underwent a Total Ear Canal Ablation, she has recovered beautifully from this procedure.
She also had a thorough dental with multiple teeth removed.
Tess has dry eye and will require Tacrolimus eye drops ongoing.

Meet and Greet and fence checks with the dog are arranged at a convenient time for both the foster carer and potential adopter, including introductions to existing animals and all members of the potential home. If there are no issues, the animal is potentially able to stay at the home from this time for a 14 day trial period to ensure the match is compatible. Adoption form is filled in and adoption fee paid (refundable within the trial period). All relevant certificates are provided after the 14 day trial period.
