About Dusty
Dusty’s personality is just lovely, it seems everyone who meets him falls in love with him. My grandchildren were here in the holidays and wanted to take him home!
He’s gentle and kind, he knows his name and has a good recall. Dusty’s calm, quiet and very sweet and never causes a ruckus. He’s a delight to handle and enjoys his daily grooming to remove any clover burrs and actually holds his hind feet up for me while I inspect them for burrs too.
Dusty’s perfectly cooperative with the clippers as well as the brush and enjoys his baths also.
He’s pretty much got his toileting with training pads down pat.
Walking on a leash is no problem for him and car travel is taken in his stride.
Dusty loves toys and playing with the other small dogs in his foster home. He’s not all bothered by large dogs either. He’s only met older children since he’s been here and has been fine with them. Oh and he’s cat friendly, with our three cats.
He looks a bit serious in his photos and tends to put on a serious face when I pull the camera out!
Dusty’s in care at Tamworth NSW. His new family would need to collect him or arrange transport. We have fortnightly pet road transport from Tamworth and daily flights to Sydney.
Medical notes
Dusty’s been vet checked and has no known pre-existing conditions.
Dusty weighs just over 4.3 kilos.
