About Andarna
Andarna requires the following in her new home:
- A family the enjoys give pats and cuddles to a cat.
- Cat toys and scratch posts.
- No other cats in the home, but can be adopted with her sibling.
- To be given time in her new home while she gets to know you and her new home.
- To be inside only cat except for having access to an outdoor cat enclosure.
Andarna is an affectionate and happy little lady, who is bright and curious. She will love on you with the greatest of dedication, smooching and purring, deeply happy in your company. She is such a delightful companion! She also loves to play games with you using a fishing rod or a ribbon to chase and wrestle. Andarna is not seeking feline companionship unless it’s someone from her family group (see note below). She can co-exist with another cat who is happy to do their own thing but would be very uncomfortable with a cat who wanted interaction from her.
She is shy at first in new environments and needs you to be understanding about this as she settles in. Until recently she was still with her mum and sisters, and they were very close. Being apart from them is a big adjustment for her and she needs a family who will be supportive and patient. Andarna is litter trained, and she needs to be an inside only cat except for having access to an outdoor cat enclosure.
Note: Andarna’s mum and sisters are also available for adoption. Please email the rescue for more information.

Adoption details
Please note- we do not work on a first in best dressed basis, we assess all applications to choose the home that we believe will best match the animal.
If you believe one of our animals would be a good match for your home please send us a detailed email us with some information about the people and any other animals in your home as well as the type of lifestyle you can offer a new rescue pet.
We are volunteerswho run the rescue around families, paid employment and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require you to travel to meet the animal you are looking to adopt. For dog adoptions, any other dogs in your home musr attend the meet and greet, this enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
We reserve the right to refuse the adoption if we don't believe it's a good match for our animals.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care or we will assist you in finding them a suitable new home, this is a condition thst you agree to when signing our Adoption Agreement.
