Chips

Chips is a confident and independent boy who knows what makes him happiest - space to explore, sunshine to nap in, and the satisfaction of keeping pests under control.

He is currently with his owner through our Owner Assisted Rehoming Program, waiting for a placement through our Working Cat Program. This program gives cats like Chips a second chance in a safe barn environment where they can live semi independently while still being cared for and protected.

Chips has never adjusted to being a strictly indoor cat and would love the opportunity to live somewhere he can stretch his legs, climb, and explore. He is an excellent hunter and would make a great natural pest controller.

While he enjoys the occasional pat, Chips is not a cuddly cat. He is happiest doing his own thing and soaking up the sun.

Chips would thrive on a property where he can have freedom within a secure barn or enclosed space, with shelter, food, and care provided.
