Meet Kiki, the delightful Dachshund with a heart as big as her dreams! At 11 years young, she's the perfect mix of grace and spirit, embodying the classic soulful eyes and charming demeanor that Dachshunds are known for. Weighing in at 8 kilos, Kiki's small size comes with a large personality, and her affectionate nature makes her the kind of companion many families wish for.
Kiki is not only desexed, chipped, vaccinated, and wormed, but she's also house trained, making her transition into a new family smooth and seamless. Though she hasn't had the chance to meet any feline friends just yet, she's proven herself to be both dog and kid-friendly, thriving in environments where she is surrounded by love and laughter. Moreover, her reliable nature means that she's great in homes with standard fencing, ensuring her safety and your peace of mind.
Located in Everton Park, Kiki is eagerly waiting to bring joy into a new family's life. Whether you're taking marveling at her playful side or enjoying quiet cuddles on the couch, Kiki promises to fill your home with warmth and affection. With an adoption fee of $495, you can have this wonderful lady join your family and embark on a journey of love and companionship.

Here are some quick tips to make your APPLICATION stand out:
Include as many details as you can about your lifestyle, family, accommodation, and work. Here’s some first-hand feedback from our member rescue organisations about what they'd like to see in your applications:
🐱 Why would this animal suit your home? (This lets them know that you've read the pet’s bio and considered their personality vs. your lifestyle)
🐾 Details about your family
🏡 Is your home quiet/relaxed or loud/busy? (Particularly important for timid cats). Ask questions, to show your are interested in the animals ell being.
Add questions into the application.
Fill out the profiles of your current pets if you have any. Understanding the personality of resident cats and dogs will help rescue organisations or foster carers determine if the pet will adjust to your surroundings.
Remember to be respectful and kind in your enquiries. A simple greeting can go a long way! Behind that screen is a real hooman, who loves and cares for the pet you're enquiring about just as much as you will!
Be open and honest - rescues prefer having as much information as they can about potential adopters.
An adoption fee applies to each animal to cover only the basic veterinary procedures, and each adoption goes out on a 21 day settling in period, if the dog is returned in this period, and you’ve spoken to our trainer for assistance, and the dog is returned in good health, mentally and physically, and all their belongings and paperwork are returned, then we provide a refund less $50 admin fee (per dog) . This is not a trial, but in case of any unknown or unforeseen circumstances.
The adoption process is as follows
✅Everyone that lives in the home will meet the dog with the carer
✅We ask everyone go home again and discuss and think about overnight and contact us the next day
✅This also gives the carer a chance to think about suitability
✅Then if everyone agrees we then require a home inspection, or at least photos of the home yard and fences.
✅Then the adoption fee is paid and once that clears our account you are free to arrange with the carer to collect
✅The adoption paperwork comes out in 14 days in which time you are required to register and change chip over
