About Tails
Meet the beautiful girl named Tails, Tails is 3 years old and the sweetest little Moodle who has perfected the art of cuddles.
Tails has come into the rescue after having some litters of pups at her previous home – the rescue has ensured that all vet work including desexing has been completed for her.
Weighing just 7kg and standing a dainty 27cm tall, Tails may be small, but she makes a big impression with her gentle, affectionate nature.
This darling girl is all about love, loyalty, and a warm spot by your side.
Tails is wonderfully toilet trained and has settled beautifully into her foster home life, showing impeccable manners indoors. Although Tails hasn’t used a doggy door or crate, she’s such a quick learner that with a little encouragement, she’d likely master either with ease.
At night Tail's much prefers snuggling right up against you in bed, proving she’s a true companion dog through and through.
With a naturally calm personality, Tails is mostly a sedate little lady, though she certainly enjoys bursts of playful fun.
Tails loves a gentle game of chase with her humans or a bit of romping about with her foster family's dogs.
Out on walks is when Tails truly shines, happily trotting along on the lead for up to 2.5 kilometres.
She’s unfazed by dogs barking behind fences but can get a little nervous if there’s too much going on around her, especially with cars. A steady, reassuring voice is all she needs to keep her tail wagging.
Tails gets along beautifully with other dogs and is particularly fond of her toy poodle and Cavalier foster friends.
Tails has also been cat tested and passed with flying colours, often curling up in the same bed as her feline housemate.
While she hasn’t met many small animals or young children, her gentle nature suggests she could adapt well in the right environment.
Above all, Tails is a snuggle bug. Her favourite pastime is cuddling!
Cuddling on the couch, in bed, or curled up on a recliner chair. She loves laying in the sunshine on the grass and will often reach out a little paw to remind you it’s time for more pats.
Tails isn’t overly interested in toys, but she will never say no to a tasty treat or a gentle scratch.
Tails has a sensitive side and thrives on human contact, making her best suited to a home where she won’t be left alone for long stretches.
Tails is not a big eater but has been eating well in her foster family home and even gaining a little bit of weight, with continued love, care and attention, Tails blossoms beautifully In her forever home.
Tails is a sweet, soulful girl and is ready to find her forever family.
One that will cherish her cuddles, understand her sooky side, and delight in her gentle companionship. In return, Tails will fill your home with warmth, loyalty, and endless affection.

Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption - proof of your dogs up-to-date vaccination is required before any meet and greet is arranged.
