About Goldie
Meet Goldie – Your Sweet, Startled Snugglebug!
🐾 Age: 4 years
🐾 Breed: Tabby
🐾 Personality: Gentle, affectionate, a little shy but oh-so-loving
Goldie is a beautiful tabby with striking markings and a permanently surprised expression that only adds to her charm. With her wide, round eyes, she always looks a little startled – but don’t let that fool you. Beneath her cautious exterior is a sweet, responsive girl who just wants to be loved.
While she may initially hide in her cozy bed box, Goldie warms up quickly – usually within a few minutes of your visit. Once she decides you’re cuddle-worthy (which won’t take long), she’ll happily roll around with her head tucked into your hand, asking for gentle strokes.
She adores affection around her head and neck but is a little sensitive on the rest of her body, so a gentle and understanding touch goes a long way. Curious and calm, Goldie enjoys exploring her surroundings and will likely blossom into a wonderful companion in a quiet home.
She’s best suited to a home with older children (5+) who can respect her boundaries and offer her the space and affection she needs to feel safe and happy.
If you’re looking for a soft-natured, cuddly cat with an adorable permanently surprised look, Goldie could be your perfect match.
Cat accessories such as carriers, litter trays, litter scoops, food bowls, etc. are all available for purchase at SAFE Haven, with all proceeds going into saving animals and caring for them until they find loving homes.
