Valerie is a calm, gentle pigeon who has already been through so much. Her journey began on a property where she was found seeking out humans for help.

When she arrived, she had trauma to one eye, leaving her blind in that eye, and an old injury that left her unable to fly.

Since coming into care, Valerie has shown us she’s happiest indoors, where she can relax and simply be near people. Often content to sit calmly on your arm, soaking up gentle attention.
