About Milly
Meet Milly, an eight-month-old American Staffy with the energy and enthusiasm to brighten any home. This lively pup has a zest for life that is evident in her playful antics, and she’s on the lookout for a loving family that understands her youthful exuberance.
Milly is progressing well with house-training and is comfortable roaming in the backyard. She is also progressing well with lead training, although sometimes city noises and passing cars can make her a little nervous.
Milly has interacted with dogs and even had some fun with her human's cat. Her social nature means she's good with children, and this young pup has made strides in overcoming her initial shyness around men. While she loves fun and playtime, Milly does have an adorable love for chewing things up, shoes being a particular favourite. Her potential adopters need to be ready with plenty of chew toys to distract her! As a healthy eater, Milly thrives on nutritious meals.
Milly is generally a good traveler, though she’s still familiarizing herself with car rides. Buzzing with energy, she enjoys backyard playtime and indoors, where her high-energy personality can truly shine. She alerts you with a bark when someone knocks on the door and enthusiastically chases birds in the backyard. Her confidence is growing as she becomes more comfortable in her environment, and she continues to learn to trust and adjust to different surroundings.
Milly would flourish in a home that provides her with ample play opportunities indoors and out, possibly with a cat or dog sibling she can befriend. A yard where she can explore and run around would be her ideal playground. With the patience and understanding she needs to adjust to new experiences, Milly will be the cheerful and devoted companion any family seeking an energetic and loving furry friend.
