Lucy is an active, soft and gentle girl with the sweetest nature. At just two years old, this beautiful Border Collie has already proven herself to be one of the nicest dogs you could hope to meet.
Originally bred as a working dog, Lucy decided that working life wasn’t quite her calling, but she’s absolutely thriving in a home environment. She’s grown up around kids and is wonderfully calm and patient with them. She’s also fantastic with other dogs, livestock and even cats, making her an easy fit for almost any family.
Lucy has a lovely, gentle energy and is happiest simply being with her people. She loves her walks, enjoys exploring, and then settles beautifully once she’s had plenty of exercise and attention.
Lucy is kind, steady, and full of love. She’s ready to find her forever family who will cherish her for the sweet, affectionate companion she is.

~I will need additional vet work in my life time such as follow up
vaccinations etc, is this a problem?
~I will also need flea and worm treatments to keep me at my
optimum health, are you prepared for that?
~I've had a diet since being at the rescue of quality biscuits, can you guarantee to continue my current diet?
~ I am a good 10-20 years commitment are you 100% ready to
give me a home?
If initial approval given...
~A yard check or photographic proof of secure fencing, shelter & sleeping areas will be required.
~Written agreement is required by your landlord/real estate for rental properties. A rates notice is required for homeowners.
~A vet reference may be required.
