1. Have you thoroughly read through Xander’s profile and are aware of his adoption fee?

2. Do you understand that Xander’s adoption fee is to help with his necessary medical costs, other expenses, also to support other animals in our care and that it is NON-NEGOTIABLE?

3. Could you provide a background check, including the number of household members, ages, occupations, and homeownership status?
(Please kindly provide us some photos of your home with your backyard ect…).

4. Could you disclose any other animals currently residing with you, along with their personalities?

5. Do you have experience with this breed, or done a well research about it?

6. Are you familiar with the long-term responsibilities of dog ownership, including training requirements and willing to give Xander the time he needs to settle in your home?

7. How many hours will Xander be left alone each day, and who will assume responsibility for him during your absences or holiday periods?

8. Are you in a position to provide Xander quality veterinary care and nutritious food?

9. Will Xander be considered as a family member, living indoor with outdoor access? Please describe his proposed sleeping arrangements.

10. In case of a change in circumstances, will you reach out to us for assistance?

11. Could you please disclose your visa/residency status?
