About Gingernut
Gingernut is a sweet, sensitive soul with a big personality and a love for playtime! He is very slow to warm up to new people, but with a little time and patience, learns to trust his people. Gingernut thrives in a calm, quiet environment where he can take his time settling in - he'll need a dedicated safe room for the first few weeks to help him feel secure.
Once he is comfortable, this curious and energetic boy lives to explore. He'll happily investigate every cupboard and high perch in your home, and needs play sessions and enrichment daily to keep his active mind busy. He especially loves wand toys, ribbon chases, and bird-watching sessions. Gingernut gets so into play, he does flips!
He's not a lap cat, but he'll snuggle beside you for pats once he trusts you. If you have a quiet home, lots of time for play, and a gentle heart for a timid cat who blossoms with patience, Gingernut could be your perfect match!
