Meet Silvercool, a beautiful boy with who loves cuddles 🐾

Silvercool is a typical GSP, he loves people and needs constant reassurance that he’s a good boy. It’s still a bit shy but getting more confident every day.

He very clever, and loves sunbaking, couch snuggles, bones, and toys. Treat toys like kongs, squeaky toys, rope toys- anything he can play with (this may include shoes but so far he has only slept with shoes rather than chew them).

He is great with other dogs and is very dog social.
He walks well on a lead, travels well in the car, and currently sleeps outside overnight on his bed at the back door.
He’s good in the house, pretty well toilet trained, and doing well with his commands; being a pup he would benefit from obedience class and continued training to be the best boy he can be.

Silvercool is currently in foster care on a hobby farm, and has met the livestock and chickens without much interest. He has been out with the sheep and is happy to coexist with them (they’re still a bit scary) He is happiest in being where his people are.
He also has excellent recall while out and about on the property.

He will happily spend his down time chewing on cow hooves/bones, playing with toys, or snoozing the day away in a sunny patch on the lawn.

He is able to be left alone during the day if need be, while his people are at work, as long as he has a bone or chew toy, but he would be just as happy with a doggy friend to play with.
He's currently living with 2 primary aged children and loves them, he’s very gentle.
